Debtrak software has been licensed to the Licensee listed below, including the following Terms and Conditions. Any use or reproduction of the software in violation of the Licensee’s Agreement is expressly forbidden and may result in civil and criminal liability.

Debtrak is covered by a provisional patent application, you may not modify, copy, distribute, transmit, display, perform, reproduce, publish, license, create derivatives works from, transfer or sell any information about the software, products or services contained or implied by Debtrak.

Debtrak and/or its respective Agents or representatives make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and reports, for any purpose. In no event shall Debtrak and/or its respective Agents or representatives be liable for any special, indirect or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from the loss of use, data or profits, whether in an action of contract, negligence or other tortious action, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of information available through Debtrak.

At Debtrak, we are committed to protecting your privacy and this statement explains our limited data collection and internal use of this information. Debtrak is in the business of supplying and supporting its software and services to organisations and individuals.

DebtrakNet
DebtrakNet allows registered users access to Debtrak information via Internet. The Licensee may provide user with a user name and password. Each user entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password. Debtrak will not be held liable any loss that you may incur as a result of someone else using your password. However you can be held liable for loss incurred by Debtrak or any other party due to someone else using your password.

Links to Third Party Sites will let you leave Debtrak and DebtrakNet. The linked sites are not under the control of Debtrak and Debtrak is not responsible for the contents of any linked sites or any link contained in a linked site, or any changes or updates to such sites.
